Concept


Plot

A long time ago... to save the world, 4 spellcasters came together and forged The Folgian Orb. The orb was a panacea, something that could heal anyone and remedy all evils. However once the world was saved, the spellcasters started arguing about the orb and who should be its keeper. The casters killed each other over the orb cursing the item to be filled with their greed and pain. The final caster became the Lich after gaining more and more power.

Gameplay

Everyone want The Folgian Orb but it is kept by the Lich in his temple. The Cleric and Barbarian break in together while the Paladin and Wizard break in separate. The cleric receives a message from their god to take the orb for themselves. All 4 characters fight to get the orb until the Lich comes in and turns them into golf balls without much effort.

The Lich drops the characters into a golf hole(portal) which teleports them into an arena to fight others. He watches these fights for his own amusement not expecting them to survive. The characters go from disliking each other to bonding during the fight as they have to be the same as each other and put their differences aside. By the time they reach the Lich they have become friends mirroring how the players have learned to work together to fight the bosses.

ENding

After finally defeating the Lich all the characters get their original bodies back. They all care about each other but know they have different goals with the orb. They however come to a consensus.The cleric realises that taking the orb was a test from their god and they should use it to protect.
The wizard realises she does not need power to gain knowledge, now with the Lich gone the library is open to anyone.
The paladin realises that before destroying the orb, a little good can be done using it.
The party agrees to use the orb to cure the barbarian's wife from her illness and to let the paladin destroy it afterwards, which does not corrupt the group as their intentions are pure and their friendship is strong.

Barbarian

The mysterious one of the group and a loyal follower of Callisto (their god).

Protect the most people in the most effective way possible by following their god.

Unlike the Lich, they don’t know everything, and they don’t want to.

Paladin

Looks
Wearing strong armour creating an hourglass figure.
Role
The most disliked member of the group and a member of the sacred guard.
Psychology
Destroy all evil so it can’t hurt others the way she was hurt.
Reflection
Unlike the Lich, she uses her strength to fight for others.

Wizard

Looks
Short.
Role
The child in the party and scholar.
Psychology
Knowledge should be for everyone.
Reflection
Unlike the Lich, she wants knowledge to share with others.
